Terry Klassen is the Provincial Head of Pediatrics in Saskatchewan. He is a Pediatric Emergency Physician and Clinician Scientist at the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital and University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon. He is also a nil salaried Professor of Pediatrics and Child Health at the University of Manitoba and a scientist at CHRIM. He is the Scientific Director of TREKK (TRanslating Emergency Knowledge for Kids). He is focused on the design and conduct of randomized controlled trials and systematic reviews to improve the outcomes of acutely ill and injured children presenting to the emergency department. He is working to improve the methods and conduct of research in this area.
