​Lisa is the Executive Director for Translating Emergency Knowledge for Kids (TREKK), a national network that aims to improve children's emergency care by getting the latest evidence-based knowledge into the hands of families and emergency department staff across Canada and beyond. She completed a Bachelor of Nursing degree at the University of Manitoba and a Master’s in Arts from the University of Westminster. She is currently a PhD student with the Faculty of Nursing at the University of Alberta
